1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoilPro Cloud ("the Platform") operated by Green Vision Technical Services ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SoilPro Cloud is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for soil testing laboratories. It enables registered laboratories to manage soil samples, generate analytical reports, and communicate results to farmers digitally.

3. User Accounts & Access

• Each laboratory must register as a tenant and is assigned a unique tenant account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform is licensed for use by CIB-registered or equivalent laboratories for legitimate soil testing and agricultural advisory purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Data Accuracy & Scientific Responsibility

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, report templates, and algorithms on the Platform are the intellectual property of Green Vision Technical Services. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform during their subscription period.

7. Subscription & Payment

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30-days notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Green Vision Technical Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
