SoilPro Cloud is a digital report generation and laboratory management platform. All soil analysis recommendations generated by the platform are based entirely on numerical data entered by laboratory operators.

Laboratory Responsibility

The accuracy of all soil analysis reports is the sole responsibility of the laboratory that entered the data. Green Vision Technical Services:

• Does not independently verify the accuracy of soil test values entered by laboratories.
• Does not validate laboratory testing methods or equipment calibration.
• Is not responsible for errors in data entry or misclassification of soil samples.

Fertilizer Recommendations

Fertilizer and nutrient application recommendations in reports are generated algorithmically using standard ICAR ranges and Mehlich III analytical methods. These recommendations:

• Are for general guidance only and do not replace advice from a licensed agronomist.
• May need adjustment based on local conditions not captured in a standard soil test.
• Should be validated by a qualified agricultural professional before large-scale application.

Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to SoilPro Cloud. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, data unavailability, or service interruptions.

The platform may include links to third-party websites for farmer communication (e.g. WhatsApp). We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or services.

Legal Compliance

Laboratories using SoilPro Cloud are responsible for ensuring their operations comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Fertiliser (Control) Order, CIB&RC regulations, and state agricultural laboratory licensing requirements.
