Green Vision Technical Services offers a fair refund policy for SoilPro Cloud subscriptions. We want you to be completely satisfied with the platform.
Free Trial Period

14-Day Free Trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. No charges apply during the trial period. Cancel any time during the trial with no obligation.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for the current month's subscription after payment.
- You retain full access until the end of your paid period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of payment.
- After 30 days, no refunds are available for annual plans.
- The refund amount is calculated as: (Amount Paid) – (Monthly Rate × Months Used).
Eligible Refund Situations
Full refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Platform is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure.
- Billing error (charged incorrect amount or charged after cancellation).
- Duplicate payment.
How to Request a Refund
Email admin@fertilizerindia.com with:
- Your registered lab name and email address.
- Invoice / payment reference number.
- Reason for refund request.
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees (if applicable).
- Custom white-label implementation fees.
- Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days (annual) or in the current month (monthly).
GST
GST amounts included in subscription payments are non-refundable as per Indian tax regulations, except in cases of billing errors.
